OLAP: Pivot Tables with MS Excel

For this assignment, we were given a large data set from various restaurants and their revenue data over the course of four quarters. Rather than analyzing data from a large unorganized list, we were tasked with organizing data into various categories and dimensions to make analysis more organized. This assignment allowed for students to become familiar with the pivot table, slicer and sorting features on Microsoft Excel and the steps to find answers to question prompts.
